London Eye on Remembrance Sunday

Sunday 9 November is Remembrance Sunday when the whole of Britain remembers the sailors, soldiers and airmen from across the world who fought and died in conflicts across the globe.

The London Eye will be lit red, the colour of the remembrance day poppy on the evening of Sunday 9 November as a mark of respect.

People around the UK will mark a two minutes silence at the stoke of 11am and the London Eye will observe this on both Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day itself, Tuesday 11 November.
