Checking in at the London Eye
Standard Flight
All standard ticket holders are requested to join the boarding queue 30 minutes before the time shown on your ticket. This should allow you to step into a capsule on or close to the time shown on your ticket. If collecting your tickets please allow extra time.
If your tickets have been posted please go straight to the boarding queue.
If you are collecting tickets you can use a ticket dispensing machine – simply insert the card used for payment and your tickets will be printed along with any vouchers for souvenirs or other attractions. Please allow ten minutes for this.
If you are collecting tickets without the payment card please go to the Pre-paid Ticket Collection desk. Please allow ten minutes for this.
Private Capsule (including Cupid’s Capsule)
One member of the group should check-in at the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Once the whole group are ready the capsule host will escort the group through the Fast Track entrance bypassing most of the queue.
Fast Track tickets
Please come to the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Your tickets will be issued along with your guidebooks and you will be directed to the Fast Track entrance to The London Eye.

Champagne Flight, Mulled Wine Flight, Pimm's Flight
Please come to the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Your tickets will be issued and you will meet the capsule host. You will be escorted to the Fast-track entrance to The London Eye.

Group and schools bookings
If you have tickets already then please join the boarding queue 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time. If the group is larger than 25 guests then please be prepared to use more than one capsule.
If collecting tickets then one member of the group should go to desk 13 and allow about 10 minutes for this.
School Discovery flight tickets can be collected from the Priority Check-in desk 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time. The capsule host will escort you to The London Eye.
Disabled tickets
Tickets can be collected from desk 13. Please show your tickets to a member of staff to ensure the correct level of service.
Theatre tickets/other attraction tickets
Tickets for other attractions, river transfers, restaurants and theatres must be collected from The London Eye (unless a postal option has been selected.)
All souvenirs vouchers are to be collected at the London Eye from any retail point.
